Mr. Barden's practice focuses on civil litigation, including construction defect, personal injury and wrongful death, property damage, and premises liability. Prior to joining Scheer & Zehnder LLP, he clerked for Chief Justice Gerry Alexander at the Washington State Supreme Court in 2008-09 and for Judge Greg Foote at the Lane County Circuit Court in Eugene, Oregon, in 2006-07.
Mr. Barden received his Juris Doctor from the University of Oregon School of Law. While in law school, he externed for Judge Ronald Gould at the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and worked in the Trial Division of the Oregon State Department of Justice.
Mr. Barden's personal interests include cycling, backpacking, and golfing.
