Mr. Kirsher focuses his practice on complex civil litigation, insurance defense, construction defect litigation, product liability and personal injury. Prior to joining Scheer & Zehnder LLP, he clerked for the Honorable Gregory G. Foote at the Lane County Circuit Court.

Mr. Kirsher received his J.D. from the University of Oregon, where he served on the managing board of the Oregon Law Review. He received a B.A. in Economics from Williams College.

Mr. Kirsher is admitted to practice in the State of Oregon. His personal interests include soccer, rock climbing, and following the Portland Trail Blazers.
