Lauren M. Ransford is an associate attorney focusing on complex civil litigation. Prior to joining Scheer & Zehnder LLP, Ms. Ransford represented developers, contractors, landlords and tenants in commercial real estate and other business transactions, including construction; retail, industrial and office leasing; purchase and sale transactions and real property secured lending. Ms. Ransford also served as in-house counsel and compliance manager for a publically traded global logistics company.

Ms. Ransford received her Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles in 1998. She is admitted to practice in Washington, California and the District of Columbia. Memberships include the Washington Defense Trial Lawyers Association, the Washington State Bar Association, the California Bar Association, the District of Columbia Bar and the King County Bar Association.
