Mr. Rotondi’s practice focuses on complex civil litigation, specifically construction law and defense of general contractors and architects. Prior to joining Scheer & Zehnder LLP, he served as a summer judicial clerk for the US Bankruptcy Court – District of Arizona and a summer clerk for the Legal Aid Society of Hawaii. In his prior career he established a successful graphic and product design firm.
Mr. Rotondi received his Juris Doctor from the University of Arizona College of Law in 2008, where he was a board member of the Arizona Journal of International and Comparative Law and represented his school at the Pace National Environmental Moot Court Competition in 2007. He also focused on indigenous human rights and environmental policy within Arizona’s Indigenous Peoples Law and Policy Clinic. He received a B.F.A. in Industrial Design from the University of Washington in 2001.
Mr. Rotondi is admitted to practice in Oregon, and he is a member of the Multnomah Bar Association. When he is not practicing law, he enjoys travel, soccer, cycling, and spending time in the great outdoors with his wife and dog.
