Ms. Smitrovich focuses her practice on complex civil litigation, including the defense of businesses and individuals against a variety of personal injury and property damage lawsuits. Prior to joining Scheer & Zehnder LLP, Ms. Smitrovich focused on corporate law, personal injury and breach of contract cases.

Ms. Smitrovich received her Juris Doctor from the Dickinson School of Law at Pennsylvania State University in 2005, where she was an associate editor of the Environmental Law Review and worked as a certified legal intern representing indigent defendants for the Dauphin County Public Defender's Association in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.
