Appellate

Once the trial is over, the fight often continues in the courts of appeal.

When that happens, the attorneys at Scheer Law Group are there to establish and defend their clients' rights. The attorneys in our firm — who include former law clerks for both the state and federal courts of appeal — have the training and experience to successfully represent the firm's clients at all levels of the state and federal appellate court system. Naturally, Scheer Law Group has a proven appellate track record and has enjoyed success in numerous published and unpublished appellate cases. A few of the recent published appellate court decisions include:

  • Boyer v. Robertson, 147 Wn.2d 1015 (2002)
