Candace C. Chuck is an associate attorney at Scheer, Holt, Woods & Scisciani LLP. She practices in the areas of construction defect, personal injury, insurance coverage, and products liability. Ms. Chuck’s previous experience includes work with insurance regulations, regulatory law, plaintiff’s catastrophic injury and business contracts.
Candace is a graduate of Seattle University School of Law, where she served as the communications chair for the International Law Society. She is a Pro-Bono Outstanding Service Awardee due to her over 500 hours of pro bono work during law school. She also participated in the Administrative Law Clinic, aiding in the Petition for Rulemaking to obtain coverage of Harvoni, a breakthrough therapy drug for Hepatitis C. Candace also has her Bachelors of Science in Business Management from Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana.
In her spare time, Candace is a trustee of the King County Bar Association Young Lawyers Division and an Arts Councilmember for the City of Mercer Island. In addition, she spends her time cooking up feasts, playing tennis , and exploring the Seattle food scene.
