Tiffany Hendrix Blackmon is an associate in the Portland office of Scheer, Holt, Woods & Scisciani LLP.  She practices in the areas of construction defect, personal injury, premises liability, professional liability and insurance coverage.


Prior to Joining Scheer, Holt, Woods & Scisciani LLP, Tiffany represented hundreds of clients in federal administrative hearings and appeals.  Before attending law school, she spent a year serving in a special education program through AmeriCorps, followed with working as a job training instructor for a nonprofit.


Tiffany graduated cum laude from Western Oregon University with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a minor in Spanish. She obtained her Juris Doctor from Florida International University College of Law, where she graduated with honors.  In law school, Tiffany competed in mock trial and moot court competitions, worked in a medical-legal partnership clinic and provided over 100 hours of pro bono work.


Tiffany currently serves as Co-Chair of the Oregon State Bar’s Pro Bono Committee.


In her free time, she enjoys exploring Oregon with her husband and children, trying new Portland restaurants, baking and volunteering with local community organizations.
